LISA CATON

Lisa Caton is the Manager of Community Learning Partnerships at Royal Roads University. She brings over a decade of experience in collaborative policy change and systems‑level advocacy with changemaking organizations including Momentum, Enough for All, Buy Social Canada, Sustainable Livelihoods Canada, Windmill Microlending, and the Canadian CED Network. The policy wins she has contributed to have reached hundreds of thousands of Canadians living on low incomes and supported the development of thriving local economies.
